Property Exchange Policy
If you’re not satisfied with the land you purchased, you might be able to exchange it for another property within 30 days from the date of your Down Payment.
As with everything we do at Land Elevated, our exchange policy is Simple, Affordable, and Transparent.
Simple:
- You have 30 days after making your down payment to exchange the property you purchased for another one.
- Just contact us to make an exchange. The best way to do this is by sending an email to [email protected].
Affordable:
- We will exchange your property for another one for FREE – there is no additional cost to you!
Transparent:
- Cash Sales (Paid in Full) are excluded from the exchange policy.
- The Down Payment Date is the start date for the 30-Day exchange period.
- We simply transfer what you have paid towards the principal on your first property towards your new property of choice.
Terms & Exclusions:
- No exchanges for properties over $20,000
- No exchanges on properties sold through title & escrow
- No exchanges on cash sales (Paid in Full)
- One exchange per customer
- Seller reserves the right to no exchange certain properties
