A few years ago, Chris was paying his bills as a corporate pilot, travelling from place to place across the country. Spending all that time at 30,000 feet he saw a lot of land. Acres of mountains, rivers, deserts, and a lot of wide open spaces.
Seeing all the untouched land this country has to offer, he started to want a piece to call his own and build on someday. When he looked into it, there was confusion, red tape, and what seemed like an exclusive club for millionaires.
It was frustrating. There had to be an easier way for people to find and buy raw land. There wasn’t, but now there is.

Michael grew up in a small town in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. He spent most of his time exploring the outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, hiking 14’ers, and fishing which is where he crafted his dream to have some land of his own away from the city.
His experience was similar to Chris’ in that he started looking for his dream property and found it to be more challenging than he originally thought. Zoning restrictions, title issues, building requirements, utilities, and HOAs (just to name a few) presented challenges that took hours of time and research. But that is where he realized the opportunity.
He wanted to share his experience and knowledge to help others so they didn’t have to go through the same hassle and frustration. Michael and Chris teamed up to create Land Elevated and help others achieve their dreams of owning land.

Jessica grew up in the northeast and has always spent lots of time enjoying the outdoors. She was born in Pennsylvania where she spent a lot of time camping and hiking. Later, her family moved to Maryland where they spent the majority of their time boating and fishing in the Chesapeake Bay.
Maryland is also where Jessica started her journey in real estate. She started as a receptionist at a title company and over time grew into a role where she was conducting real estate closings. What she enjoyed about it most was seeing the excitement in first-time home buyers and helping them through the process of buying their dream home.
As our closing manager, she gets the same enjoyment out of helping our customers purchase their first piece of land and strives to make the land buying process as simple and painless as possible.

Rachel grew up in small-town in Georgia riding her bike to local fishing holes, spending time at her grandparent's farm, and camping at every state park possible in her family ́s pop-up camper. Always looking for outdoor adventures, she spent every afternoon on her bike and every school break hiking in the North Georgia mountains.
After years of traveling and living abroad as a social worker and teacher, she discovered Denver and knew that she had found her new home in a city full of others just as adventurous as herself. However, not much has changed over the years - she can still be found riding her bike around town and climbing mountains, camping, and hiking on the weekends.
Always a teacher at heart, she loves helping to simplify and explain the process of land ownership. Her favorite part of the day is hearing customers ́ dreams of land ownership and helping match them to their perfect property. Even better are the success stories that soon follow.
