When we convey ownership of the properties through a Special Warranty Deed, we are guaranteeing clear title to the property. We have researched the chain of title and confirmed there are no breaks in the chain of ownership. We also confirm there are no liens or encumbrances recorded prior to the date of your purchase.
What does this Guarantee mean?
It means that in the rare event that an issue with title arises after your purchase, Land Elevated will either cure the title defect at our expense, or we will provide a full refund of what you have paid to date and cancel the contract. If you have fully paid for the property, we will buy the property back from you at the full purchase price.
